What to do when you need roadside assistance.
Immediate Safety
• Move to a safe location if possible
• Turn on hazard lights
• Use warning triangles or flares if available
• Stay inside your vehicle if on a busy road
• Call emergency services if injuries or danger are present
Requesting Assistance
Once safe, request assistance through the Robelium App:
• Provide accurate location
• Describe the issue clearly
• Note vehicle type and accessibility
• Mention any special requirements
While Waiting
• Monitor arrival time via tracking
• Stay in communication range
• Gather necessary documents (insurance, registration)
• Secure valuables
Common Scenarios
Flat Tyre
If safe, attempt a spare tyre change. Otherwise request roadside assistance for tyre change or towing.
Dead Battery
Request jump-start service. Do not attempt to push-start automatic vehicles.
Engine Trouble
Do not continue driving if warning lights appear. Request towing to prevent further damage.
Locked Out
Request lockout service. Verification of ownership may be required.
