Robelium Ltd

Last Update: 28 February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Robelium platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Related Policies

Use of the Robelium platform is subject to the following documents, which form part of the legal framework governing Robelium's services:

Privacy Policy — how we collect, use, and protect personal data

Cookies Policy — how we use cookies and similar technologies

Information Security Statement — the technical and organisational safeguards applied to the platform

By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms set out in each of these documents.

3. Description of Service

Robelium is an operational coordination platform that connects users who need roadside assistance with verified recovery operators. Robelium does not directly provide roadside assistance services. It acts as a coordination layer between users and independent operators.

4. Service Requests

• Users submit service requests by providing location, vehicle, and issue details.

• A price quote is provided before confirmation. Dispatch occurs only after the user approves the quoted price.

• Robelium assigns an operator based on location, availability, and service capability.

• Additional services identified on-site require separate user approval.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is provided upfront before service confirmation.

• The quoted price includes the service as described at the time of booking.

• No membership or subscription fees are required.

• Payment terms and methods are presented during the booking process.

6. Cancellation

• Users may cancel a request before operator dispatch at no charge.

• Cancellations after dispatch may incur a fee, disclosed before confirmation.

• Operators who fail to fulfil confirmed requests are subject to platform review.

7. Operators

Operators on the Robelium network are independent service providers. They are verified for licensing, insurance, and equipment standards before activation. Robelium does not employ operators and is not responsible for the independent actions of operators beyond platform-governed standards.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate location and vehicle information.

• Be present and accessible when the operator arrives.

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and the reported issue is accurate.

• Comply with safety instructions from operators and emergency services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Robelium provides the coordination platform and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services performed by independent operators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robelium's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

Service-related disputes should be reported through the platform. Robelium will review logged service data and facilitate resolution between the user and operator. All service interactions are recorded for this purpose.

11. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
